40K Globe is creating a movement of young Australians who want to challenge themselves and their ideas about social impact through working with an award-winning social enterprise.

Through an immersive program in rural Indian, you will challenge your perspectives and learn about the complexities of social change, all whilst supporting an ed-tech social enterprise that has been backed by Google, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Atlassian and the MIT Solve Community.

Media Project

Portray and share the stories of the people 40K seeks to assist in the villages around Bangalore.

The 40K internship allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone and reap the benefits of personal growth and development, whilst giving back to a rural community in India. Working alongside like minded people enhanced my experience abroad and I would recommend the program to anyone.
Cassie Muscat (Deakin)
Living for one month in rural India was an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life, as Globe provided me with the opportunity to immerse myself in the beautiful culture of India, whilst taking me out of my comfort zone and allowing me to see my true potential.
Nina Quin (Monash)
After 3 years of my business degree, I still struggled to make the link between theory and practice. 40K Globe not only taught me how to do business in another country, but taught me valuable skills in teamwork, innovation, and negotiation, as well as social business and entrepreneurship.
Primrose Bradley (UOW)
40K Globe sparked a passion for leadership I never knew existed. I owe a lot to the challenges and experiences of Globe - and the lifelong friends I shared with them.
Dylan Barber (UTS)
If I can only take two things away from my life changing experience on Globe, it's 1. Understanding the power of empowerment and 2. Realising that we all have unique skills to help make a difference.
Aziza Raziuddin (USYD)
